Return Window: Contact us within 14 days of delivery for eligibility.

Eligible Returns

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishables, intimate/personal care items, gift cards, downloadable/software items.
• Final sale or clearance items (where stated).

How to Start a Return

1. Go to our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address.
2. Follow the prompts to upload any required photos and choose your return reason.
3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending items back.

Refunds

After inspection/approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We may request a prepaid label be used when provided.

Exchanges

Where stock allows, we can assist with exchanges; otherwise a refund will be processed per this policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier office. We’ll assist with a carrier inquiry, but we are not responsible for packages marked delivered to the address provided.
