1. Where do you ship from?
We ship from multiple warehouses in the U.S., Germany, other parts of Europe, and China. Your order will usually ship from the closest available warehouse to your address.
2. How long will my order take?
- From U.S. warehouse to U.S.: 5–10 business days
- From European warehouse to EU/UK: 5–15 business days
- From China warehouse to worldwide: 7–25 business days

3. Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number. You can also track it on our Order Tracking page.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. See our Shipping Policy.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
We can change or cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase. Email us ASAP at support@imbudeluxe.com.
6. How do I start a return?
Use our Returns Portal with your order number and checkout email. For full terms, read our Refund & Return Policy.
7. What if my package is lost or marked delivered?
If tracking stalls or shows delivered but you don’t have it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier office. Then email support@imbudeluxe.com and we’ll assist with a carrier inquiry.
8. How can I contact customer service?
Email us at support@imbudeluxe.com. We’re an online-only store and reply within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri).
