Refund & Return Policy

Return Window: Contact us within 14 days of delivery for eligibility.
Eligible Returns
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishables, intimate/personal care items, gift cards, downloadable/software items.
- Final sale or clearance items (where stated).
How to Start a Return
- Go to our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address.
- Follow the prompts to upload any required photos and choose your return reason.
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending items back.
Refunds
After inspection/approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We may request a prepaid label be used when provided.
Exchanges
Where stock allows, we can assist with exchanges; otherwise a refund will be processed per this policy.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier office. We’ll assist with a carrier inquiry, but we are not responsible for packages marked delivered to the address provided.
